Since in Spain were held the Special Education Plan (1978), which raised the need to initiate the enrolment of students with disabilities in regular school, and in Italy, Law 517 (1977) initiated the abolition of different classes and special classes, different steps have been taken to school integration a reality. In this paper we present an overview of the legislation, conceptualizations, organizational models and relationships between the educational community of both countries to respond to pupils with special educational needs due to disability.
L'articolo analizza affinità e differenze dei sistemi scolastici Italiano e Spagnolo in riferimento all'integrazione degli allievi con disabilità. Mediante l'analisi della letteratura specialistica e delle normative di entambi i paesi è stato possibile comprendere in che modo insegnanti italiani e spagnoli favoriscono l'integrazione scolastica e sociale di allievi con difficoltà di apprendimento.
