The essential oil composition of aerial parts of Geigeria data from Sudan was analyzed by GC and GC/MS. Fortynine compounds were identified representing 86.7% of the oil. The most abundant compounds were β-longipinene (8.8%), β-caryophyllene (7.4%), a-oxobisabolene (7.3%), and caryophyllene oxide (7.2%).

Abstract
