This abstract proposes using game design for social change to enhance leadership skills among correctional staff, aiming to reduce stress, improve organizational health, and foster positive relationships among staff, inmates, and their families. Through immersive, game-based learning experiences, the initiative addresses communication, conflict resolution, empathy, and stress management, ultimately seeking to improve staff well-being, institutional culture, and rehabilitation outcomes.
