Abstract
The paper aims to show how, with his conception of 'political theology', Schmitt ultimately did nothing more than attempt to think the concept of law, that is, to give an answer to the question of what law is. Political theology determines, in Schmitt, the horizon from which law becomes possible - its constitution through the separation between idea and reality, norm and fact, revelation and history.File in questo prodotto:
