Abstract
The paper summarizes some results of a research on Colour and light in architecture developed at the Iuav University of Venice. The form, in architecture, seems to have always been the core around which all the project talking about was carried. In a world of uncertainty, this kind of certainty has been able to guide the hand of many architects until the global complexity arrived. The form began warping. Since the architecture belongs to art, dealing with contemporary life, which seems to erase all that was pre-existing. The support of design tools such as computers, or better computer programs, has resulted in complicated forms, organic, neo-futurist, fuzzy, not shapes, governed more by the message than by the function. Colour, light and complex surfaces have taken the place of what until recently was considered architecture. It seems that the form has become totally dependent by the technique, which many philosophers had advocated in the last century.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
