Franco Solinas, l'officina dello sceneggiatore tra cinema e letteratura:Parà, testo genetico di un'intera filmografia

This research is dedicated to the scriptwriter Franco Solinas: its aim is to inquire his multicentric personality through continuous comparison with films and the study and the analysis of unknown scenarios and novels granted from the “Fondo Franco Solinas”. Spacing from storys to juvenile poetic texts, analysing the scenarios realized in film, it's possible to characterize the main thematic nodes and the novellistic "stilema" recurrent in Solinas' cinematographic production. According to this kind of work we can reach to a reconstruction of the job's method of the scriptwriter. Moreover, we can find a detailed study of the ties of the scriptwriter with Italian and foreign directors, in particular Pontecorvo, Costa-Gravas e Losey, with which Solinas formed solid autorial couples. The analysis of Parà - scenario with obvious points of contact with the most famous "La battaglia di Algeri"- is the nucleus of this research Parà, its characteristic, is a genetic text for the successive Solinas' production, beyond the clear reference to Algeri. In fact, if we analyze the text on a thematic and formal level, if we characterize the sources from which Solinas draws inspiration, we can get a complete portrait of the scriptwriter rich of connections with cinema an literature, poetry and political engagement, and is also possible to establish the guides lines of its cinematographic production, a production that crosses with a literary vocation, not less celebrated.
