La Riduzione alla donazione nel pensiero di Jean-Luc Marion

The present work wonders about the Jean-Luc Marion’s reworking of the method of the phenomenological reduction and analyses its role in the field his proposal. Furthemore it investigates the relationship between the phenomenology, the aesthetic and the theology and in particular, the given of Revelation.The first chapter tries to execute a remake of the theological theme inL’idole et la distanceand inDieu sans l’êtrein comparison with the swiss theologian Hans Urs Von Balthasar.The second chapter wants to retake Husserl’s interpretation inRéduction et donationand then in comparison with Derrida.The third chapter examines the polemic known asLe tournant théologique de la phénoménologie françaisewith reference to Marion’s“Reduction to givenness”.In the fourth chapter this work deals with the issue of the gift from Derrida’s critic.The fifth chapter conducts an analysis about the theme of the painting from the first book ofÉtant donné. In this book Marion wants not only to argue about his thesis ofRéduction et donationbut also to elaborate apars construensofDieu sans l’être.Finally, the last chapter analyses theévénementtopic and the «phénomènes saturés», to arrive at the «phenomena of Revelation» with the aim to show the congruence development respect to the needs affirmed inDieu sans l’être.
