Apprendere il lavoro sociale in contesti di emergenza. Il laboratorio di ricerca-azione di comunità

The paper presents the experience of the Community Action-Research Laboratory within the MA Program in Social Work and Social Policies of the University of Sassari. The aim of the Laboratory was to combine Community Social Work and Community Based Participatory Research (CBPR) through an educational-training experience based on cooperative, situated and experiential learning. The outbreak of the pandemic emergency led to reframing the Laboratory’s operational design. Starting with some brief introductory notes on Community Social Service and CBPR, this article describes the solutions that were identified to reorient the Workshop in the light of the restrictions imposed by the pandemic emergency. It then presents the criteria that guided the evaluation of the teaching experience and discusses the main outcomes.

Il paper presenta l’esperienza del Laboratorio di Ricerca-Azione di Comunità attivato presso il Corso di studio Magistrale in Servizio Sociale e Politiche Sociali dell’Università di Sassari. Il fine del Laboratorio era quello di coniugare Servizio Sociale di Comunità e Community Based Participatory Research (CBPR) attraverso un’esperienza didattico-formativa basata sull’apprendimento cooperativo, situato ed esperienziale. Il sopravvenire dell’emergenza pandemica ha comportato un ripensamento dell’impianto operativo del Laboratorio. A partire da alcune brevi note introduttive sul Servizio Sociale di Comunità e la CBPR, in questo articolo si descrivono le soluzioni che sono state individuate per riorientare il Laboratorio alla luce delle restrizioni imposte dall’emergenza pandemica. In seguito, si presentano i criteri che hanno orientato la valutazione dell’esperienza didattica e se ne discutono i principali esiti.
