Un'Analisi antropologica della cultura organizzativa dei servizi socio sanitari e delle sue dinamiche socio-culturali di cambiamento in rapporto al fenomeno dell'immigrazione

The aim of this study is to help enlightening the processes of changement and re-organizazion inherent to the culture of the italian socio-sanitary system, as well as the wider cultural processes enacted by all social actors in their cultural contacts/encounters/clashes. Thus to underline the dynamics of redefinition of the organizational paradigms and their related praxis. These dynamics have promoted the recognition of stronghold categories even on the outside of their institutional environment: - Social governance- Socio-sanitary integration- Network- Advocacy- Cultural mediation- Interculture- Voluntary service and private social sectorThe achievement of a role by the Third Sector produced its effects on the meaning of the concept of citizenship in modern laws. Legislative modifications has been regarded as a cultural “fact” depending on the mutation of shared social core values, and personal and social identities. These categories are enacted by the negotiation among the parties – political institutions, public sanitary system and Third Sector' s actors, foreign socio_sanitary operators - on the basis of their needs and interests.
