Intersezioni tra letteratura e filosofia del diritto: Antonio Pigliaru, Giuseppe Capograssi, Salvatore Satta, Salvatore Mannuzzu

The first chapter focuses on general aspects on Law and Literature. After providing an introduction to the conceptual and historical evolution and development of the Law and Literature problematic, the talk will focus on analysis and in an attempt to find the relationship between law and literature in four authors. The second chapter focused on the literature in law and law in literature in Antonio Pigliaru, Giuseppe Capograssi, Salvatore Satta and Salvatore Mannuzzu. So it will therefore detect the literary elements in their legal philosophical works, and the legal philosophical elements in their literary works. Finally, in the third chapter, will seek to draw a picture on the current Law and Literature enterprise, the possible relevance of the four authors and the conclusions of the work.
