Abstract
In this treatment, about the concept of person, in the history of the philosophical thought we’ll try to illustrate how this term has been variously meant and elaborated in the course of time. In’s difficult to define the concept of person in an adeguate way, because we can find different definition in every frsmework of search. The definition of person walked through a long philosophical history characterized by deep changes. The reference to the universale declaration of the human rights inevitably leads us to wonder what values are understood, accepted and respected by every member of the society without any exeption: infact, Modernity has experienced the dramatic incapacity to give the reason to the subjet for getting over the uncontrolled individualism in the name of a society condemned to the expenditur like the only value of reference. On this assumption people wonder what are the universally recognized foundations concerning the human rights. The close connection between the concept of person and the attribuition of a legal valence is individual cither in the original meaning of the term, or in the traditional use of the legal language: in fact the concept rifers on a side to human beings endowed whit dignity, on another side, it points out the human being as a subject by rights. The categorical imperative concerning the respect of the person is recognized as an indispensable and fundamental principle for the life in the modern society. After the crisis who invested the doctrine of the modern natural law, according to whic every man was born free, equal aqnd Wight the same rights represents an important beginning on chic people can build a rational speech about the recognition of the relativity and of the variety.File | Dimensione | Formato | |
