Despite a number of innovations (stapler, magnetic joint, mechanical connector), vascular structures continue to be sutured with the classical thread and sutures. This approach requires long clamping times, especially during minimally invasive procedures. Suture-less Termino-Terminal or Termino-Lateral anastomoses are performed by squeezing the arterial wall against a vascular prosthesis and a noose with a stent. In vivo experiments showed that the mean time necessary for a single suture-less anastomosis was shorter than classical procedures. No blood loss after clamp removal was detected in suture-less procedures. All anastomoses were perfectly patent immediately after the surgical procedure, which highlights the technical and surgical feasibility. This method could be proposed for the treatment of arteriosclerotic vessels also under minimally invasive conditions with video control.

Abstract
This method could be proposed for the treatment of arteriosclerotic vessels also under minimally invasive conditions with video control.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
