In this paper, we aim to evaluate how an intervention on cultural capital, such as the reopening of the Tavolara Pavilion, can impact not only the cultural growth of ther primary target population but also serve as a catalyst for innovative activities, potentially generating economic effects over time. The theory of change and a regional social accounting matrix are presented, forming the foundation of our analysis to construct scenarios that capture both the short - and medium term impacts.
