La geografia e il paesaggio del vino in Sardegna

The present work faces the existing relationship among the wine-producing cultivations and the landscape; the theme follows a discourse that develops the analysis of the historical, economic and physical data trying to find the elements of link among them, with the purpose to know more exhaustively and to adequately valorize the culture of the wine in Sardinia. From the analysis of the examined data it emerges that in correspondence of the last two productive crises that has interested the island it exists a physical degrade that it is linked to the economic and social problems of the territory as well as to the problem of the erosion of the mediterranean environment.

Il lavoro affronta il rapporto esistente tra le colture vitivinicole ed il paesaggio fisico; il tema segue un discorso che si sviluppa attraverso l'analisi dei dati storici, economici e fisici cercando di trovare gli elementi di raccordo al fine di conoscere più esaustivamente, e valorizzare adeguatamente, la cultura del vino in Sardegna. Dall'analisi dei dati esaminati emerge che in corrispondenza delle ultime due crisi produttive che hanno interessato l'Isola esiste un degrado fisico che si ricollega ai problemi socio-economici del territorio nonché alla questione dell'erosione del suolo in ambito mediterraneo.
